Banana Thepla

- 1¼ cup wheat flour
- 2 TBSP oil
- ½ TSP Coram/Ajwain powder
- ½ TSP red chilli powder
- ½ TSP turmeric powder
- Salt to taste (Approximately 1 TSP)
- 1 Banana
- Add wheat flour, Coram powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in one mixing bowl. Mix it well.
- Add oil in it. Mix it well.
- Make pieces of banana and add it in flour mixture. Mash it well.
- Make soft dough out of it. Cover it and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide dough in 14 equal portions and make balls of it.
- Roll each portion and spread it 5-6 inch.
- Cook each one with little oil/butter till it becomes golden brown on both sides
Yummy theplas are ready to eat. You can eat it with any
chutteny /subaji /pickle
